Glen Beck Is You Really THAT Stupid?, by Michael Davis – Straight No Chaser #229

August 5, 2011 Michael Davis 20 Comments

Today I received an email from the head of a company asking me to consider creating original content aimed at the 11-16 year-old age group for…

Wait for it…wait for it…

Glen Beck TV.

This is not a joke and I’m not drinking.

My reply was as professional as I could make it, I simply said there was no way in Hell I would ever create or allow anything I’ve ever created to be associated with Glen Beck.

I know, using the word ‘Hell’ is not very professional but it was better than what I almost wrote which is below:

Is you REALLY THAT STUPID?

Are you not aware that I am an African American who would not piss on Beck if he was on fire at a book burning?

I can’t believe that you would ask an African American to create a show for Glen Beck in the first place but doing so the very same WEEK Beck came out against a half Black, half Latino Spider-Man is just fucking stupid.

IS YOU STUPID??

Now if I were a sell out Negro, I’m sure I could create some shows for Massa Beck that I’m sure he would love…

How about, Nigger-Man? It’s an animated show about a Black superhero on welfare.

Or…The Nigger Family, that’s show about a black family on welfare.

Perhaps, Name that African American would make a good show. It’s an educational game show where the kids get to name the black person.

They name them all, nigger.

I’m fully aware that there is a good chance that the company that asked me to create something for Glen Beck may see this.

So be it. If it destroys my relationship there I could care less. If by some miracle Beck sees this and wonders why I just didn’t take the money and ignore everything else I say this,

I’m not that nigger.

Glenn. With two Ns. Take the last N for nincompoop.

Actually, a couple years ago you came up with a great concept that would be perfect for Beck’s streaming teevee. And he’d never get the joke!

However, anybody who works for Beck’s tv venture better get paid up front. This one’s a non-starter.

@ mOTu…the answer to your question is… Are you kwazy? Of COURSE he is!!

@ Mike… I think you meant to type…”…Beck’s STEAMING teevee.”

    But I could be wrong.

MotU, I believe you may have mistyped the first sentence in that reply.

I think you meant to say, “Bitch, is you REALLY THAT STUPID?”

A black family on welfare? Not enough Nazis in it for Beck’s refined tastes.

Maybe Beck thinks there’s a band called Black Nazis On Welfare.

    Hmmmm… maybe there should be.

    Jonathan,

‘Bitch’ as an insult for Beck would require me to link him with a female dog. I like dogs.

    Joe and Mike,

    Good points all. How’s this:

The Gay Nigger Nazi Family Hour?

    Mr. Davis,

Your writing has offended me greatly. I feel that you would make your point much better by using the phrase “I couldn’t care less.”

    Mike,
“However, anybody who works for Beck’s tv venture better get paid up front. This one’s a non-starter.”
    .
I think you are incorrect to an incredible degree. The reason Beck was able to leave his Fox show was because that ONLY accounted for $2 million of his staggering $32 million annual income. Like him or not, he is a shrewd businessman.
    .
Now, in this economic and political climate is such a venture a slam dunk? Of course not. But it equally foolhardy to dismiss the potential success of someone with such a track record and broad, rabid fanbase.

    Roger G,

With all due respect-this is my website and if you are offended that’s your problem. Or to put it another way, I couldn’t care less.

Jerome, I respectfully disagree. Beck’s teevee show was the platform upon which the rest of his activities. That $2,000,000 from Rupert was the catalyst for the books, the radio, the appearance fees and the rest.

We’ll see if this keeps up now that he’s on tollevision. Not that he had any choice; he was fired from Fox. His business shrewdness is evident not in his going to the Internet, but in shifting from shrill politics to shrill religion, where faith replaces fact. Conventional wisdom in the broadcasting racket is that if your average demographic ages one year each year, you’re in deep shit — and Beck’s demographic is less prone to watch television online. Beck’s monthly fee of $100 a year (and that goes up after September 12th) is very, very high, particularly for his audience. But it hasn’t been tried before. With social security and medicare cuts looming, my guess is that Beck’s Fox audience won’t be able to follow him into the ether.

    MOTU –

But maybe you should re-think this and become a creative terrorist…

If you get close enough, you can blow his mind and mess him up real good.

    Whitey,

I’d rather have sex with a razor blade than be anywhere near Beck.

“CommuNigga Nazis In Outer Space”…a new animated series coming to Steaming Trollivision soon.

Up Next, Glenn discusses his Middle East Solution in “Why Can’t The Jews And Arabs Settle Their Differences In A Christian Manner?” and explains how Social Security is an old Nazi concept by pointing out that it can be abbreviated as “SS.”

    Coming soon on BTV…Beck Trollivision!

Steven, that was both crude and oddly fabulous!

However, this thread would not be complete without actually reading more deep nuggets of (insert description of choice) by the Great Weeper himself…

Beck also said they would defend America from the havoc the Obama administration will wreak if it loses.

“I firmly believe that race riots are on the way,” he said. “They are being encouraged…[the Obama administration] will take this country down. If it looks like they are losing, the uber left, they will take it down. If I can’t have it, no one will.”

They?? I failed to get the memo.

Beck is such a fucking ass wipe. ‘Race riots?’ REALLY?? Let me guess how the race riots will start-

The Tea Party will decide to have a rally in Compton. Some Tea party member will hold up the Obama as a monkey sign and some brother will bust a cap in his ass.

    Yeah-that will happen.

The Tea Party in Compton??? BAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAA!!!

Lots of stupid people out there, MOTU. Beck had a “rally” here in Norwalk CT about two years ago — in my line of work we call that a “book promotion” — and 35 people showed up. And it was next to a Dunkin’ Donuts near the highway! You should get more than 35 people watching cats fuck at a location like that.

Most vacuous broadcaster I ever met.
