How To Have A Great Week, by Q. Reyes – Artistic Warfare #58

Want to know how to have a great week? Me too. I haven’t figured out the answer to this question. As I write this on my Blackberry, at this moment I’m sitting inside a giant fiberglass fish at a Dr. Seuss ride in Island of Adventures (Universal Studios, Orlando, Fl). That’s right. I’m inside a big plastic fish.
As I was writing that paragraph some other fish squirted me with water (I hope it was water). Basically, I’ve been in Orlando visiting family for the last week and I’ve been having a great time. I’m not sure how it’s happened. Maybe I’m getting more sleep, or maybe I’m eating better, or maybe I’m surrounded by people that love me no matter how selfish I am, but bottom line is that I’m having a great week.
I’m sort of realizing that every week can be a great week and every day can be a great day. Having said that, every hour can be a great hour and every minute can be a great minute, too, if we choose. Every moment, including this very moment you are reading this sentence, you can choose to make it great – even if it’s for a moment.
Gotta go now. Have to ride a little pink elephant on a carousel.

You’d be having a better week at Walt Disney World.
